Gift Card

Gift cards can be spent within the website www.dedecouture.com on all available products:

• They are valid for 5 years;
• They are not exchangeable for money;
• They can be used in different solutions, until the credit runs out;
• Gift Cards can only be used before ordering and do not have retroactive effect.

If you cancel your order or return the goods for which you used a Gift Card, the amount paid will be credited back to the Gift Card and made available for future purchases. In the event of a return of goods which have been partially paid for by Gift Card, the purchase price for any goods eligible to be purchased by Gift Card will be paid by first redeeming the Gift Card and any remaining amounts refunded; if applicable, any remaining amount will be refunded to the other payment method used.
